Shipping Policy

Physical goods are primarily dispatched from mainland China. Delivery arrangements depend on the destination, product type, weight, dimensions, declared value, and other order circumstances. Our main carriers are SF Express and SF International, subject to the services available for the destination and the needs of the order.

We currently support delivery primarily to mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, and Canada. Some remote areas, special addresses, or carrier-restricted destinations may be unavailable or may require separate confirmation.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom items, special packaging, high-value artworks, or orders requiring additional transport arrangements may take longer to process.

Shipping is not charged at a single fixed worldwide rate. The actual charge is calculated based on the destination country or region, order value, weight, dimensions, packaging needs, and transport method, and is the amount shown at checkout.

High-value, fragile, or special-material items may require reinforced packaging, split shipments, or other protective measures. Whether shipping insurance is available for artworks, jade items, craft objects, or other products depends on the carrier's rules and acceptance.

International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax, sales or consumption tax, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless checkout clearly states that we have collected the relevant taxes or fees, they are generally payable by the recipient under local law and customs requirements.

International delivery may be delayed by customs inspection, flight arrangements, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, carrier operational changes, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not a guarantee of arrival by a specific date.

When tracking information is provided by the carrier, it will be made available through the order details or a relevant notification. The carrier's system is the source of record for transit status and final delivery timing.

Digital goods, online courses, and other products that do not require physical delivery do not incur physical shipping charges. Their delivery method is stated on the relevant product page.

Costs arising from an incorrect delivery address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, insufficient customs information, return, redelivery, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient may be borne by the buyer.
