By accessing, browsing, or using this website, registering an account, submitting an order, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, and other applicable rules published on this website.
1. Products and Services
Our products and services may include traditional cultural artworks, craft objects, jewelry and accessories, incense, decorative objects, Thangka paintings, cultural creative products, digital content, online courses, and other digital services.
Materials, specifications, craft, dimensions, intended use, stock status, and delivery methods vary by product. Please refer to the relevant product page.
Some items are handmade, made from natural materials, produced through traditional craft processes, or are individual works of art. Reasonable variations in color, texture, dimensions, brushwork, natural grain, or craft details may occur between individual pieces or batches.
Reasonable variations resulting from handwork or natural materials do not in themselves constitute a product defect.
2. Traditional Cultural and Religious Content
Some products and content on this website may relate to Daoism, Buddhism, folk traditions, traditional religious art, blessing customs, and other forms of traditional culture.
Product names, images, symbols, descriptions, cultural meanings, and related traditional expressions are provided primarily for cultural communication, art appreciation, historical introduction, and product information.
They do not constitute a promise or guarantee concerning health, medical treatment, wealth, career, relationships, luck, religious or spiritual effects, or any other specific real-world outcome.
Buyers should independently assess whether the relevant products and content are suitable for them.
3. Prices and Currency
Our base product prices are denominated in United States dollars (USD).
The website may display prices in other local currencies based on the buyer's country or region. These prices may be converted using exchange rates applied by Shopify, payment providers, or other service providers and may change with exchange rates.
The final product price, currency, discount, tax, shipping charge, and order total are those shown at checkout and confirmed by the buyer.
The buyer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency conversion, cross-border transaction, or other fees. Such third-party fees are determined by the relevant institution.
4. Orders
After an order is submitted, we will process it based on stock, payment status, delivery conditions, and other necessary information.
Submitting an order does not mean that the order has been accepted unconditionally.
Where permitted by law, we may refuse, adjust, or cancel an order in circumstances including:
the item is out of stock;
there is an obvious error in the price or product information;
payment fails, is reversed, or appears abnormal;
the delivery address cannot be serviced;
the product is subject to import, export, legal, or carrier restrictions;
the order appears fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise abnormal;
or another reasonable and necessary circumstance applies.
If an order has been paid but cannot ultimately be fulfilled, we will refund the relevant amount according to the circumstances.
5. Buyer Information
Buyers must ensure that the name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, billing information, customs information, and other order details they provide are true, accurate, and complete.
Responsibility and costs arising from delivery failure, return, redelivery, customs delay, or other consequences caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated buyer information may be borne by the buyer.
6. Payment
This website provides payment services through Shopify and supported payment service providers.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed by banks, card networks, electronic payment institutions, or other third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and security policies.
We will not ask buyers to provide bank-card passwords or similar sensitive payment credentials outside the normal payment process.
Unless a product page or checkout clearly states otherwise, our products are not recurring billing or subscription services.
7. Delivery of Physical Goods
Physical goods are primarily fulfilled and dispatched from mainland China.
Depending on the destination and order circumstances, we mainly use SF Express, SF International, or another suitable logistics provider.
Delivery regions, processing times, shipping charges, transport methods, customs clearance, import taxes, and other logistics matters are governed by the Shipping Policy and the information shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
8. International Orders, Taxes, and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax, sales or consumption tax, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless checkout clearly states that we have collected the relevant taxes or fees, they are generally payable by the buyer or recipient under local law.
Buyers must, where necessary, cooperate with the carrier or customs authorities by providing lawful and accurate clearance information.
9. Digital Goods and Online Services
Digital goods, online courses, and other non-physical products do not require physical delivery.
Delivery may be made through account access, a webpage, digital file, link, online system, or another stated method.
The relevant product page governs the delivery method, access period, and conditions of use.
Purchasing digital content generally grants the buyer a personal, non-commercial right of use and does not transfer intellectual property rights.
Without authorization, digital content must not be copied, recorded, downloaded in bulk, publicly distributed, resold, rented, sublicensed, adapted, or otherwise used commercially.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and after-sales handling are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy published on this website.
Digital goods, online courses, and digital content for which delivery or access has begun may have different refund eligibility from physical goods, subject to the Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights in original text, images, photography, video, design, layout, course content, digital content, brand identifiers, and other original materials on this website belong to the company or the relevant rights holder.
These materials must not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, sublicensed, or used commercially without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Traditional religious figures, patterns, historical and cultural content, and public-domain elements shown on this website do not become our exclusive intellectual property merely because we display, describe, or sell products featuring them.
12. Website Use
Users must not use or assist others in using this website for:
unlawful or fraudulent activity;
infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights;
unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, or related systems;
distribution of viruses, malware, or other harmful technology;
interference with the website, security systems, or normal operations;
malicious scraping, copying, or bulk acquisition of website data;
impersonation or provision of false information;
or other conduct that violates applicable law or harms the lawful interests of the company, other users, or third parties.
Where conduct appears seriously unlawful or threatens website security, we may take reasonable and necessary measures to the extent permitted by law.
13. Third-Party Services
This website may use Shopify, payment providers, logistics carriers, cloud services, analytics services, social media, and other third-party technical or commercial services.
Third-party services are operated independently by their providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
For interruptions, payment-network failures, logistics-system problems, or other effects caused by third parties outside our reasonable control, we accept responsibility only to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
If performance is delayed or prevented by natural disaster, extreme weather, war, public-health event, government action, customs policy, international transport interruption, network or communications failure, carrier disruption, or another event beyond our reasonable control, we will address the matter according to the circumstances and to the extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company will not be liable beyond what the law requires for indirect, incidental, special, or reasonably unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website, third-party services, logistics, network systems, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Statutory Consumer Rights
These Terms and the other policies on this website do not exclude, limit, or reduce statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer-protection law in an applicable country or region, that mandatory law will prevail.
17. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms in response to changes in law, regulation, business model, payment methods, logistics arrangements, website functions, or other circumstances.
Updated Terms will be published on tdart.vip and will apply from publication or from the stated effective date.
Orders concluded before an update will continue to be handled under applicable law and the rules in force when the order was concluded.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
If mandatory consumer-protection law in the buyer's country or region lawfully applies to a transaction, these Terms do not exclude or limit the buyer's statutory rights under that law.
19. Relationship with Other Policies
These Terms should be read together with:
the Privacy Policy;
the Returns and Refunds Policy;
the Shipping Policy;
the Contact Information;
and the Legal Notice.
Please also refer to the relevant specific policy for the matter concerned.
